Mr. O’Donnell started his real estate career in 1983 specializing in apartment building acquisitions
and in 1987 started his commercial lending career with coast Savings and Loan. In the past 27 years, Mr. O’
Donnell has worked for many commercial banks, a REIT and currently a private investment fund. Over the past six
years he has created the WebVest commercial mortgage underwriting system and has assisted several banks in the
creation of their underwriting and analysis systems. During these past 27 years he has gained experience in
